1. Order Cancellation

   • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team.
   • After 24 hours, cancellation may not be guaranteed if the order is already processed.

2. Refund Policy

   • Refunds are processed for valid cancellations within 2-3 working days of approval.
   • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

3. Conditions for Refund

   • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging for a refund to be processed (if applicable).
